Big elections are coming up in US and Europe so companies like audio boom will have an extremely busy time with advertising, podcasts etc. Not in yet but can feel the sentiments changing.

Don’t forget they lied about becoming cash flow positive by H2 2024 before, repeatedly and then did the placings. It feels like the same tactic to boost up the share price with pumping and do the placing like JAllis warned.
Bloody hell! What a research 🧐 JAllis 👏 well done 👍🏼
It answers why there were so many big sells in the past few months. Private investors were buying yesterday considering STX’s cash level against their market cap but nobody probably dug this deep to reveal the truth behind the scene.
Thanks
Amazon reported 24% growth in its advertising business on Tuesday.
It’s become a major revenue and profit driver for Amazon and a key player in the overall digital ad market.

There were lots of massive block selling in last few months too but no TR1 was issued. Once it was 3.5M shares sold in one go but no TR1 or as such. This company has a history to not sharing important information with the market on time hence my comments about tomorrow. In this market you can't take anything for granted. Remember C4XD, TWD, AMTE etc? Better to be safe than sorry. GL anyway
OLD NEWS, but considering online advertising is somewhat stabilising and this company is turning around, don’t be surprised if the old duo comes back again to buy Audio Boom for peanuts this time. I was listening to Paul Scott of stokopedia this afternoon and he stressed again about holding the bombed out stocks which are being bought cheaply by American giants in last few months so it will be interesting to see what happens in next few weeks/months

Nice! But there was a big sell too, £1.13M. I've noticed lots of big sells in last few weeks with big buys, not sure what's going on. If buyers can overcome the sellers than it might rise, something it's been doing since touching 1.06p yesterday. I hope they can finally bring some good news next week but judging by what they have done before, I'll wait and see the result first and actions they are taking to mitigate their financial catastrophe.

Is it? So please confirm if I'm doing it right. 20/12 = £1.66M per month? Four months gone almost so £6.67M spent already so £13M-£6.67M = £6.33M left in the bank which will last £6.33M/£1.66M = 4 months approximately so they will run out of cash around August 2024?
You are right. Apologies, I'm a non holder but have boom on my watchlist so I was surprised when the app prompted this third director purchase this month. Regardless, its nice to see somebody backing the company this way.
