@ThetaDecay : divi kept lots of big private or II investors invested knowing they will get some divi even after less growth but without it, hvivo just becomes another AIM loss making stock! :( I just ran your comment on gemini and it agreed, not sure why it was all positive yesterday tells you AI still not ready to analyse market information.
The "Pre-Booked" Guidance Trap
This is the most damning part of the post, and it is the exact reason the share price collapsed.
The Normal Way: A company gives guidance based on its current signed order book and historical run rates. When a massive new deal lands, they issue an RNS saying, "Revenues will now be significantly ahead of market expectations."
The Mo Khan Way: Management gave 2026 guidance that quietly relied on this unsigned ILiAD deal coming through.
The poster is spot on: the market did not know this was the case. Investors assumed the guidance was the "base," and ILiAD would be the "bonus." When Mo Khan admitted the ILiAD deal was just the base, the market suddenly realized that the rest of hVIVO's pipeline must be incredibly weak.
3. What the Analysts are Doing Right Now
The poster mentions that analysts are now "tallying the numbers," and that is exactly what is happening in the City today.
If you take the 2026 revenue guidance and subtract the ILiAD contract (which we now know is baked in), the remaining "core" revenue for hVIVO looks frighteningly low. It essentially proves our earlier point: the order book has shrunk, and they are struggling to replace the massive COVID/Flu contracts of 2023/2024.
