GB’s East Coast Hydrogen project delivery plan set out

A single coordinated network plan has been set out for the delivery of Britain’s East Coast Hydrogen (ECH2) project.
ECH2, an initiative of the gas network operators Cadent and Northern Gas Networks and transmission operator National Gas, is aimed to deliver a large-scale hydrogen infrastructure in Britain’s East Coast region as a key building block of a wider national hydrogen economy.
The East Coast region, extending from Newcastle upon Tyne and Durham in the north to Northampton in the south and including the Teesside and Humber industrial clusters, is considered an obvious location to produce low carbon hydrogen with its concentrated industrial energy demand, significant gas storage and offshore wind power connections and thus has the potential to enable widespread decarbonisation benefits through fuel switching from fossil fuels, state the consortium members.

Shropshire Council said it was looking to set up a consortium to get the project off the ground.
The hydrogen produced would then fuel commercial vehicles such as lorries and buses and help reduce harmful emissions.
It is receiving support from UK Research and Innovation, although it is unclear if funding has been pledged.
The council has been to visit a similar facility at Tyseley in Birmingham to learn more.
It said Shrewsbury, which is on the A5, had previously been identified as one of the region's top 10 sites for hydrogen refuelling facilities.
A well as providing funding, UK Research and Innovation, a government body which directs research and innovation funding, is working with universities with expertise in hydrogen production.

I'm somewhat disappointed to see the SP at this level but it seems Hydrogen tide is definitely turning. Company has cash, SP is around it's 52 weeks low, got some excellent products offering, credible management running operations now, already linked with strong partners in both Germany and US. IMHO it's an ideal situation for any company to be taken over.

What? 60.50p! Inflation down both in US and UK. CWR, AFC both up, even plug power went up and very likely will go up today, all other green stocks in are going up yet ITM at 60.50p only!?? May be people taking profit but it will surely rebound once the US opens. Really strange! I thought it will touch or go over 65/66p today after all the good news
Germany's core network for hydrogen fuel to cost 20 bln euros by 2032 -FNB Gas chairman

BERLIN, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Germany's core network for hydrogen fuel will extend over 9,700 km and cost around 20 billion euros ($21 billion) by 2032, the chairman of transmission system operators FNB Gas said on Tuesday, as Berlin bets on the fuel for decarbonisation.
The core network connecting ports, industry, storage facilities and power plants, including 60% from existing natural gas pipelines, will be privately financed, FNB Gas chairman Thomas Goessmann told a news conference presenting the network's plans with Economy Minister Robert Habeck.
Germany is seeking to expand reliance on hydrogen as a future energy source to cut greenhouse emissions for highly polluting industrial sectors that cannot be electrified, such as steel and chemicals, and cut dependency on imported fossil fuel.

Next UK inflation report will apparently show a big fall according to the times report, Paul Scott from stokopedia highlighted it yesterday too. RSI oversold, SP at 52 weeks low, even with cash burn rate, they still have got cash which will allow them to function comfortably a good few years. Entered the US market recently and launched this news product Poseidon and now offering hybrid stacks. I know the issues you all raised with frustrations but the company is definitely improving. I see Russia Ukraine war coming to an end soon as nobody can afford it anymore. Market is also bottoming out which is a good sign. ITM is a prime takeover target now by a bigger fish in the US considering its market cap IMO. Man o man, the ceo looks and talks like a Robot lol!
I’m a buyer first thing on Monday morning.
