Quote swazers "The last thing they want is for genuine retail investors to wake up & see what's going on."
So, your chart is now showing the upswing from yesterday, does that perhaps indicate a turning point?
If so I will buy some more on Monday :) am thinking of doing it with or without your chart.
Being a retired British European Support Engineer, I very much think DG Innovation is on to something big with their Parenta drives which are proving to be good enough to attract top Tesla designers.
That in itself is proof that they have a great product that will be protected with various patents around the world. Purchase includes jet mill and furnace to enhance the development of energy storage products, as well as a motor pilot production line and 3D manufacturing simulation software which enables a faster path to mass production. The prototype is just an important first step to production scheduled in partnership with the formation of a joint venture to produce DG Innovate’s Pareta® e-drives in Chandigarh, India.
The proposed joint venture, 60% owned by DG Innovate and 40% by EVage will also cater to international markets. First deliveries are scheduled for Q1 2025; manufacturing should begin this year!
This is not just a dream, it's a serious high-tech project on the verge of going into production of thousands of units where the future of DG Innovates products is virtually guaranteed.
My advice to any potential Investor is to stay focused on the sales of the exciting product and not get drawn into people's politics or de-rampers remarks. Have a good weekend.
@swazers Your AI is solely based on share price movement, it knows nothing about the company or RNS.
If anything, it shows that the SP is oversold, not a good day for all that stuff. Try elsewhere m8.

Final testing and manufacture are scheduled for 2024, with full-scale commercial sales targeted for Q1 2025.
This is one of those rare companies which has a great product for electric cars and today's news shows that Tesla engineers know it. If this DG was listed in the USA the SP would be booming, UK institutions don't risk so much on high tech but for those that will there are massive potential gains to be made here.
This can mean one of two things, for a renowned tesla design engineer to come on board to overseas DG Pareta® electric drive motors being mass-produced in India means that they have a great product or that tesla could make a future bid for the company. Huge potential here!
I feel for those whom have lost money including myself but if you are still upset and didn't buy or hold into the current rally then perhaps you need to move on.
I hear all what others are saying but there is still money to be made here perhaps 50% in 2 days, that doesn't happen often, the SP is clearly oversold.
If Greg is right the SP will be up 200% or more in 14 months; the next 1.25 P gain (100%) could happen well before or very soon. Sure, there is a risk but most of the worries are priced in. You need to be in to win.
Nope, I do not attend shareholders meetings, too much travel and long days from Lincs.

At this stage, they have successfully extended their financing and got improved terms on its existing $20 million debt financing with SWK Funding.
Let us know how it goes, still hoping for a blue day :)
Your Quote "The only thing going for you is that the value is low enough already that it might not crash further"
Yes, it's very undervalued, a good reason to BUY!
For your info, the results have been consistently strong and I don't see that there is anything in what you say will that stop it despite your built-up hate and dislike of the CEO.
SMY, Shield is a small company with an experienced accountant who should control costs, their sales staff will be on high commissions. For what it's worth I don't care too much if they don't achieve the growth as fast as they want. They have a good product with a sales momentum that will be hard to stop so I believe they will continue to grow and be a profitable successful company.
I'm here for the long-term so it would be great it all the short-term negative posters move on without making things worse than what they are.
Why are you still here if you don't see anything positive in the results?
They are good enough to secure a large loan with no dilution of shares, once the market wakes up the SP is likely to bounce from these burnt-out low levels.
