Much to my surprise the new Chris Packham series, Earth, is excellent. Unlike the ludicrous Justin Rowlatt, Packham does a very good job of explaining climate change in a reasonable and non-hysterical manner. He makes it easy to understand and places it in the context of previous extreme events.
Having seen the programmes, I'm more convinced than ever that we would be better off spending a good part of the trillions on protecting humankind from the inevitable, rather than the futile attempts to reverse the process. Something I understand James Lovelock came to believe.
Oh interesting, I wasn't sure and had missed the webinar where everything was discussed. The MJ piece yesterday implied that tailings and water permits were still outstanding.
Quady. R u that naive? Did u also fall for the safe and effective. And I guess you even believe it now too
Who do you believe the top minds at NASA and NOAA or slug.
It's a tough one isn't it.
Of course scientists have proven that manmade climate change is real.
I understood that environmental permitting was included and part of last weeks approval... several articles confirm that this permitting has been received
Oh lets hope so, the right have handled things so well these past few years
More likely they have lost interest as no one really knows what is going on, or what the plan is, which is basically what the Mining Journal article said yesterday. The only thing we have currently committed to delivering this year is the environmental permitting and the renegotiated IPA.
Good morning
Please excuse the basic question here. Apart from the Franco Nevada and Osisko agreements, does Solgold have any other major financial obligations or debts? Thanks in advance.
Great point slug, Saturday (last week) was only 46.5C, which is barely 7C hotter than the usual summers high temp. It's probably nothing and we should probably trust the oil companies and put our feet up... There are some smart climate change deniers out there, who understand the underlying science and can therefore sound credible. You a not one of these, and neither do you seem to read their 'research'. Lol.
Are you counting the first 500m years when the earth didn't have a solid crust in your calculations, sluggy? 🤣 Because, whilst there were no ice caps then, there was also 90+% CO2 in the atmosphere, and not a lot of life. I'd gladly let you visit somewhere like that and see how you get on?
You're as think as treacle but sadly we have to live on the same planet. Don't worry though, I think I take out more carbon dioxide through offset than you can produce in even your worst year. For each day you argue this claptrap on here I'll have my foundation pay to plant another 5 trees 🤣👍
What form do you think the restructure takes Slug? Pulling out of the core sale assets??? Surely that would require approval from us shareholders?
Are they privy to news and cannot report due to CA's in place...
And what about the ones blindly hoping that a company can illicit a takeover approach?
There's two sides to the argument and there's fault on both sides.
Even if paid which I doubt they clearly have mental health issues.
Starting to think some are one of the same individuals.
Sad really, they desperately need help to improve their wellbeing
Or more likely a bit of both....
:)
Quady's up !
This is in large part what makes Slug the most unintelligent poster on here.
He doesn't understand the man made element of climate change.
He doesn't understand that it continuously adds to the ppm in the atmosphere and will continue to climb.
2 degrees of warming would be catastrophic for the world.
As it changes the food chain, and life on this planet.
Goodbye Slug.
It's ether payed derampers or mental issues 🤔
Why does slug pick things that are so easy to disprove?
Temperature in Catania on Monday was 47.6C. As in: 48C to 2 significant figures.
What a moron.
…and your still here day and night posting. You sad tucker
And your late night inebriated posts do what, to address the points I made.

From the Solgold story they are here to predispose us.
Super-kali-watch out Shyte house spiders are ferocious.

Lol and yet you still hold solg shares !!
I expect your Canadian contact sent a carrier pigeon over with that bit of news. A spicey/fantasist
Let me repost what I posted yesterday.
Then perhaps you pads and the other clowns who decided to put pen to paper last night will realise they've proved my point. And remember the sp ended down AGAIN.
All of this deramping talk from a few overstretched inexperienced fools. You should use your energy looking what's happening to your dwindling investments.
No amount of attempted character assassination from quady or addikt, changes the fundamentals.
Solg is, has been, and will be for the foreseeable future up sh**t creek.
No matter how many lists of positives, no matter how many false accusations, no matter how many posters are banned by the hysterical few, no matter how many un researched posts smickster and his like post, no matter how many times you print the Chinese are coming, no matter how many dittys pad posts, no matter how many one liners the manchild posts no matter how many people copperpot tries to cancel. it alters nothing.
