something big and wrong going on.
What's all that about?
Think thats what they did Asimo...also if a lead bank promised it could do the raise and then couldn't get it away at the price, they would not have closed any bids formally.
But I take your point.
Thats enough for me. See you tom arrow...probably...thanks for all those who posted positively and entered the debate.
Interesting Bubble...
Wouldn't a failed fundraise require its own RNS?
Red they starting up Leigh creek in Australia ,copper mine minerals in general in demand
My comment yesterday: "I could be completely wrong of course, but it feels like something is brewing and I don't see how we can go on with another year/18 months of the same as we've had over the last few years."
Turns out I was indeed completely wrong, and we are in fact going to go on with another year/18 months of the same as we've had over the last few years.
Goon
Red,
You dream on as much as you like, it’s when you post a guess and make it sound like facts, especially with your contacts telling you stuff.

Thanks for the heads up Bubble. Unless I missed it it is mainly about battery metals and REMS and I didn't see copper mentioned.
However it doesn't mention tin either (see my post earlier today...in every soldered joint in every electronic device...maybe thats why Ingo has gone to First Tin)
Oh dear Mathers...
Is it a crime to admit that one is not sure or may be wrong...
AKA 'my guess is'...
I had heard a rumour that Peel Hunt had gone.
My response was a speculative one to Jerry's speculative proposal...
Its a discussion...OK?
Are you going to rubbish the countless debates and theories that happen on here every day.
As I've said before. I invest countless hours in research and building up confidential relationships so that I can post facts on here when they are facts and opinions for others to debate and challenge, which I always welcome when its constructive.
I also always admit I'm wrong and apologise when it is pointed out to me.
Have a good evening. You won't see so much of me tomorrow.
Guys take a look at the links Prop has posted on sml regards rare minerals in General and demand maybe when they get there act together here the future maybe bright
Redknight,
Rather than say my guess is, why not say I haven’t a ruddy clue, be honest and state facts not some dreamt up scenario’s.

zoros. Don't think that other people don't report what you say.
Your allegation is libellous and wholly untrue.
I made the decision to sell immediately after reading the inept RNS because it was clear between the lines, as J Maria also spotted.
It was 500k and it was also timely because I was looking for a breakout of gold and silver.
I shall be increasing my holding in SOLG unless there is a bid, once the price settles and possibly if the alternate investments pay off quicker than expected.
The sources off my information were all well after I had sold and indeed have continued to develop during the day.
Remember your accusation also libels others, so I will be reporting your post and then filter you again.
It was a 'new' fundraising lead and they have since gone. Peel Hunt have been here for a long time. My guess is that they either tried to dissuade the Board from the abortive fund raise through that source (and possibly Ingo also) and paid the price for their dissent, or they resigned having seen what happened.
Nothing I have read today tells me definitively that there has been a “failed”fund raise, neither in the RNS nor BSCs letter. The latter seems to indicate an ongoing process (the use of the word “demonstrates” rather than “demonstrated” for eg . It may imply they want to add pressure on SOLG to go down the route that leads to a sale
All in all I am not as disheartened as many; we seem to be moving to the endgame which most of us desire.
As ever , we are dependent on more than one bid emerging. That is becoming a necessity….the alternative is a low bid
Zoros unfiltered. ..
Good grief what failed fund raising, can someone publish the story, as I have been searching for this and found nothing.
Fair comment just shell I a j/v with delt in north sea huge potential we need gas here !,zyphr Sam but even bigger USA government supported in area ,solgold will getvtaken over like a few have said I think now 40/50p if they lucky too much confidence lost with board and why they going about things ,Quady needs to understand what's hapoening here now and get over it imho
Careful Z that’s almost libellous
Maybe the fund raising failed because BHP and NCM were the only ones Peel Hunt could guarantee would support the fund raising and Solgold didnt want their increased % ownership?
Either way just shows what management know about fund raising....in the holidays.....only for the desperate.
Lunchmoney,
I agree with your last sentence you posted at 15:36 (Today has just made me puzzled/frustrated, and make me realise I need more patience for the facts to come out.)
Loads of posts today and no where near any solid evidence for some of the statements made
Just have to wait and see what happens next atb
Sorry J Maria. I should have responded.
As you correctly point out that was lifted from SOLG's own RNS...cheers
Good grief Redknight has really lost the plot, he is now talking about a fund raise for Alpala, after telling me this could never be done and pretending I said the opposite.
I think it's time you had a serious lay down, and collect your thoughts before contradicting yourself further.
I don't do gas and oil Bubble but have a look at DEC as well. A tight business model and what looks like a solid 9.6% yield.
A bit like ATYM really...and if Quady gets his way SOLG one day also...about 10 years hence...
