Ghia, I know I can see the accusations. Thanks for clarifying / explaining in detail for Manifesto and anyone else concerned.
Good luck with your investment. Same goes to all.
For whats its worth I don't see how anyone rational could think they could influence the sp with their posting on a board like this. To think otherwise would require a fair amount of hubris!
Have a good evening all and enjoy the sun if you're in blighty.

I did not imply there was anything controversial in his Post that I quoted.. The point
I was making is that he thinks it is a "bottom drawer" stock ... Ask yourself
this.... Why then does Ghia post here so frequently if he believes nothing
of relevance will happen till 2023... He says he believes his holding is in the
"upper quartile" for a PI... so presumably if he is wrong and big news lands
he is not going to miss out... He did disappear from here for months
so why is he suddenly an avid poster again now.... Well I think he knows
ACTIV2 are not far off...RNS confirms expected in the "Summer"... A
new trial could be announced anytime, Peer Review anytime...
A fair explanation is that he sold after SPRINTER as it was reasonable
to assume nothing much would happen for several months.. Now
he wants back in..... Surely you do not really expect him to admit it do you???
Size82 - That’s the brush she is trying to tar me with.
Looking back through my posts you will see I reduced my holding after the poly TR1 the reasoning I gave was to take advantage of increased volatility.
I was uncertain what effect the Ukraine issues would have on the wider market and obviously we where in a state of flux here.
That move paid of well on a few of my other holdings which Vi’s fairly aggressively on the Ukraine situation.
Here we dropped and I made back a few shares but it was not anything to write home about.
I know a few investors that tried to play a swing trade here but they have since stopped because the trading range is too small to make it profitable.
In short I have more shares now than just after the P3 news and not looking to buy or sell any this year.
Ghia, our posts crossed. I think you answered the question...
Hi Manifesto,
Re the points of Ghia's you posted. I don't think there is anything controversial in them.
1). "Such a shame the way this has worked out." Yes, obviously agree, but it ain't over yet.
2). "Science clearly worked but I get the feeling it’s too disruptive to the major pharma co drug pipelines. "
I disagree as whether it is disruptive or not will have no bearing on SNG001 getting to market. It will be disruptive when it's being used far and wide for some competitors, but it has to get to that point first.
3). "Todays news is great but time lines here are not what they where. Bottom drawer investment worth holding onto but I don’t expect anything meaningful until 2023".
Fair enough comment. As stated by the BoD at the AGM this is unlikely to be authorised for use in the next 12 months.
Ghia - Mani thinks you are trying to manipulate the sp to buy back in again having sold. Is she right? Lol
Mani - The quickest way to get the share price below 20p is to ramp up news by end of August which fails to materialise.
Pi’s sucked in will panic the big boys will lap up the volatility and buy into the drop on the cheep.
If you want the price to drop you ramp the share up and create false hope. The history on this share shows exactly that missed deadlines imposed by Pi creating volatility in the share.
As for your accusations I have an opinion on timing here that you disagree with. When I voiced it many months ago it disagreed with your agenda and you took a dislike to it.
No amount of posts by the two of us will make the news and inflection points arrive sooner.
So don’t waste your heartbeats on it.
Now I have an actual genuine question to table to you or anyone who has taken the time to properly investigate Strive which I have not.
You claim it is due to start in August is there a specific meeting, webinar, date trigger point that will announce the trial. Or is this just a comment in an email from someone which is their best intentions but liable for slippage?

Yes I agree, but the point here is that Ghia is implying he knows of something that is significant
but not sharing here... But more importantly he has made a point of saying that he
does not think it will have any relevance this year... Ever since Ghia reappeared in the
last few weeks he has been pushing the narrative that this is a "bottom drawer" stock
nothing significant will happen till 2023... On te day the deep dive resullts were released
many here were relieved to see strong positive data... Ghia posted
Such a shame the way this has worked out.
Science clearly worked but I get the feeling it’s too disruptive to the major pharma co drug pipelines.
Todays news is great but time lines here are not what they where. Bottom drawer investment worth holding onto but I don’t expect anything meaningful until 2023.
He knows that pre the SPRINTER results he was well respected here, IMHO he now
tries to use that to push his view that nothing will happen short term and shoots
down anyone who disagrees.... I really do not care if he attacks me, but turning
on Tommy is not being objective as he constantly reports himself to be on here..
He has also posted that he is taking "responsibility" for the content here.....
Really.... I think he has sold and looking to get back in under 20p just my view..
ATB!
Manifesto, to be fair the identity of a business person (or any person for that matter) attending a public AGM is not insider information.
Thanks Ghia your comments make sense.
One advise: just do not reply / respond to Mani anymore. Not worth it.
Tommy seems a lot better to me. He gives good info. Mani is a ramper
Thanks for the quick response Ghia and fair enough IMO. Closed forums are pretty public though.
Sounds as if your associate identified either Execs from big pharmaceutical companies or biotech investment funds / institutional funds. Either way no surprise really, especially the former given the potential for SNG001 to add to revenue streams and / or be a disrupter.
GLA
Ghia did you attend the AGM?
scams....
I had dinner last night with the Directors of Poly/TFG, they have
told me some information that I cannot possibly share on here
as they trust me... I will however share it on a closed forum.....!
Dinner was delicious, they paid the bill and RM and Prof. Holgate
joined us for coffee and brandies.... RM had one too many brandies
and let slip some news he really should not have.. But naughty old
me I leveraged the fact I was an investor and he just could not help
himself........!!!! :0
That is one of the oldest sacma on Chat Board... I have inside info.....OMG!
Size82 - Because my synopsis largely agrees with what Doc83, Wigster and others have posted across the forums. There are two additional details which I have which I cannot share openly they are around who specifically was in the room and from which companies.
I leveraged a friendship to work out this information and will not betray that trust.
This information may be useful in the long term outlook of the share but is unlikely to be of any relevance for this year.
Ghia
You provided no such thing as proof.
You claimed I had ramping about Activ 2 on the 11th March. I ask you again to show me the post of mine on the 11th of March that was ramping Activ 2?
The facts are these and anyone can check them.
There was confusion as to whether we along with SAB had been paused in activ2. SAB had been announced as paused and we had not but the NIH website had been recently updated and it said we were still enrolling. I questioned a number of people including Matterhorn about the update and what it meant and I asked you at the time if you had proof or were just guessing about the pause.
At no time did I ramp the issue of Activ 2 but when I saw the note from one of the Activ team saying we had been paused I agreed with your post.
All of this is in my posting history. It’s very sad that you’ve started to misrepresent events in the way that you have. You were once a well respected posted in my eyes but no more
Hi Ghia, re your comment:
"I shared my synopsis of events on a closed forum which can be found if you know where to look and have the access to do so.
I cannot post it on an open forum because it would betray the confidence of the person I attended the event with who was there for business reasons and not for personal reasons".
It's your synopsis not the person you attended the AGM with. I'm not following. Please forgive my ignorance but how does that betray the confidence of the said individual?
More lies Ghia!
Anything that the Board said at the AGM is in the public domain...You really do talk rubbish
when it suits you!
Tommy did not back track..... You are just not man enough to apologise....Others can
see that...You really are starting to treat posters here like fools.....
Manifesto - I don’t owe Tommy an apology he asked for prof I provided proof. He then back tracked and started discussing what he would consider ramping etc.
Taking the argument into the grey at that point it’s a waste of time.
Back onto the AGM point I thanked Doc & Wigster for their synopsis because they put a lot of effort into producing it for the benefit of all here.
I shared my synopsis of events on a closed forum which can be found if you know where to look and have the access to do so.
I cannot post it on an open forum because it would betray the confidence of the person I attended the event with who was there for business reasons and not for personal reasons.
Man up Ghia.....You owe Tommy an apology!!
Not going to apologise or respond to Tommy's reply to you then...No surprise there...!
There is nothing in Tommy's post that suggests
"
they are now emphasising the extent of the assumptions in their posts. "
Tommy as normal is sharing his research and he has always been objective....You
are just trying again to discredit one of the most appreciated posters here....
I think you have clearly shown yourself to be dishonest.. On the day of the AGM you thanked
Doc83 and Wigster for their reports... The weeks later in a post directed at me to prove
your point you said you said you were at the AGM..... Really... I do not believe that for a second.
Warm regards to all the old regulars .
Poly would have invested on mathematics or in layman terms would be able to afford to lose their position. Unfortunately I feel quite a few are pulling at straws when anything good comes of this company.
Manifesto - I’ve never claimed Tommy is dishonest but it is at least nice to see they are now emphasising the extent of the assumptions in their posts.
If I was suggesting anyone is dishonest it’s yourself.
Ghia
I think Tommy has always been honest...It is you that many here now realise make sthings up ..!!!
I notice you did not apologise to Tommy for claiming he ramped about ACTIV2 trial..
He responded to show you were unfounded...But you seemed to ignore that post but
responded to his latest post as it suited you.......
Finally posters are being honest and highlighting the assumptions they are making!! We might be making progress here folks.
