TLS: Yeah I made the same mistake initially before I realised there were more. I’d assume any for sale now are pre-orders for the upcoming model. Presumably they relate to build slots that the dealer has been issued by Ford for those vehicles. Next month should be good!
Sorry Gosh, I was fooled by the word New and didn't look down to see the New 2021.
Click through and the images often say "On Order, Not in stock illustration only".
Lots of sites saying "Fall 2020" for the release, but this site has gone out on a limb https://www.phillongdenver.com/2021-vs-2020-ford-f-150.htm
2021 vs. 2020 Ford F-150 Release Date
2021 Ford F-150: As with most F-150 models, the 2021 Ford F-150 should arrive by October 2020.
2020 Ford F-150: The 2020 Ford F-150 first hit the dealerships in October 2019.
I wonder why our results were delayed until October?
TLS: Did you scroll down the page it just look at the top one? Looked like there were new 2021 models after the top one.
Copper that was a new 2020 model, so it was "last year's"
Never guess what month it is by looking at the date on a magazine in a shop either.
I mean that's a photoshop but we can't be far off having these physically delivered surely ...

looks like ther forecourts are getting the 2021 F150s
Yes there is that as well.
And from Investopedia “... although it is not legally binding, it is a serious declaration that a contract is imminent”
Let’s hope the use of the word imminent is accurate this time :)
Again I would say before October results as to me that would be imminent
They are both in production, so I guess its when they hit the road early 2021.
Personally I am looking forward to the RNS announcing the finalised terms for the first semiconductor license deal, $$$
Would explain why results are so late in October.
Ok found an article dated today that says last month production for the f150 ramped up and orders were being taken.
So it can’t be long then! I would assume some of that production is winging its way to customers now.
RNS definitely before October results surely?
So how do people interpret that. We might get an RNS when production starts or when the first vehicle hits the road?
If it’s the later - remind me when is that supposed to be for the Ford F-150 and the Merc S class? - I need something to look forward to!
I was looking forward to the aviation announcement but I think I need to look forward to something else and let’s be honest if we announce these two then we should be off and running
Seems like Ford and Merc will be announced, my auld auntie Maggie May will be happy
"Seeing Machines looks forward to the start of production for two vehicles this calendar year and hope to be able to announce those vehicles as they are launched by the OEM."
