This is crazy. I am happy for people who have held and recovered some and those who have made money.. the last rns was doom. Risk of losing contracts, debt doubled to 500 million with legacy contracts. Risk of finances not getting approved so all of that on one scale yet pfc does the opposite lol its just nuts who the F is buying all this ? 10p to 24p crazy..
Unfortunately....
Molativ, pipeline/backlog means confirmed orders for the group. And with debt presume sidara will walk away from wood now they have debt?
100% agree PFCVetran!
BOD need to be 100% crystal clear and transparent and definitely NOT release pointless and useless RNS that tries to destroy the company.
As much as I would love for a takeover to take place and we get an amazing price per share, I think this is the rise of the relief that PFC has been given a new life-line and a chance to start clean slate. So I think these are the prospective buyers coming on the news that 'cash' agreement has been made.
Like yourself, I also asked the same question - what is the real impact on the ordinary shareholders. Is dilution 100% on the table - when will that happen??
Molatovkid - Why are you here then ? Do us a favour and crawl back under that rock filTURD
Revenue for show, profit for dough.... a 'pipeline' worth nothing.
Debt is your reality, maybe they find a way out, but shareholders ALWAYS suffer in these situations.
Up 27%
Amazing stuff this morning.
I’ve dipped in and out a couple of times day trading and it’s nice to see some green on my account screen.
I don’t want to be the voice of doom but this is EXACTLY what happened in the April run up to 30p before the crushingly unnecessary RNS from the board which hoofed it down to 20p.
If it’s not a takeover, what is it? How will shareholder value be protected?
Listen, I’ve made every wrong move with this share but all is say is that if anyone is now in the green and ahead of their average, think carefully about the opportunity that this week has offered. Next week could be a very different week.
Again my advice is usually terrible but I feel I have to raise some caution in amongst the understandable ramping this morning.
Not sure a tier 1 global service company is quite in that bracket.. debt to service yes, but a billion pound pipeline is very attractive
Why would a bidder pay nearly 4x current price and buy a bag of sh*te?
More likely massive debt for equity raise and everyone get diluted to f*!k.....
Remember £1 is mkt cap of £500m £2= 1bn
Not hard to see an 80p bargain bidder swooping in, sorting and selling off.
A lot of people getting excited which is understandable but let's wait for some concrete news. Been here a few times with PFC especially over the last few months.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves Apo. If it pushes past 50p today then go mad.
Expect a lot of people will need some plus fours…….tony9999!
Tony care to say what is happening now. Welcome back.
The shorts must be anxious about the solution being a great one.
Roaring Kitty will be posting soon.
Mary you have been right all along. Aidan working his magic in the background
Let’s all pull together. (sic)
Seems a solution is at hand and the £1 party invites are at the printers.
Guest of honour will be Aiden.
Expect a pull back……don’t get spooked - but its sailed higher 24.5p
Looks like a take-over
Good morning All,
Things have really turned the corner for PFC - I do think that news we needed to hear was NOT from PFC, but external media/ agents. Therefore, I would like to thank everyone who contributes to great news/ feeds/ comments - I didn't name all but I really appreciate and value them.
Mav - I think you are right along with everyone else that PFC price is going to be in the 20-30p range for now.
Can I ask though, the deal PFC are trying cutting per what I read (not buyout/ takeover option) - will the existing shareholders be diluted? Is there any option on the table where it is just 'good faith' believing in PFC deal-pipeline and it's prospects only, and because a handful have that kind of cash, they are willing to support.
Shorts spooked
Is going on here?
I held at a risk during the break from trading, I never expected a return like this as it all sounded doom and gloom from some posters on here.
