A company that can’t make an operating profit, manage its operating cash-flow or service its debt interest and repayments can hardly be worth £1bn.

Try investing in a decent company. Nearly everything else has been doing very well in the last three years. That opportunity costs alone makes the dregs festering here look like clowns of the highest possible order.

The financial restructuring simply allows a worthless company to continue being worthless for a time to come.
