I tried PI100. Let's be rational, and I have tried not to resort to this. This is a last response to your messages. To be annoyed at the companies performance is 1 thing. You find ZERO reasons to invest. Definitely not rational, there are reasons even if you don't see them. There are risks also, but if you can't see the positives then just go away. Sell, if you have any at all.
To be honest, if we weren't so greedy on the profit margins when covid sales were slowing down, as I mentioned at the time, we would still have some significant traction right now. Never too late, just needs fresh new direction.
Risk to return on DHSC alone PI100. They carried on buying after the event the items that they held in dispute. Can't be that bad. I think we have a portfolio of products that have a market, just need the sales team to pull their fingers out. We may however be a bit greedy on the profit margins. Easily resolved.
Well some one has too! :)
As the saying goes... it aint over until the fat (chairman) sings :)
Knowing how long these people have been in business, doesnt it seem a tad odd, that they "appear" not to give a dam about PR IR or indeed any type of positivity to increase sp...
To me, that says, that they know a lot more, of whats coming, than they care to let on (NDA will be excuse) and frankly a few hunderd k in salary and bonus?
IMO, wont do, for most of them, they will want seven zero bonuses?
So, how do they get that, if not a takeover merger?
As by next agm, if PI's can get some traction, maybe we can vote against further increases and bonuses and maybe, remove a few,!!!
Lol tall order I know, but, until it is known, beyond any doubt, then I intend to stay put, as no point in selling at these prices... might as well just wait and see!
Yes it will sting, if my call is wrong, but, my money, my choice. Mind you it doesnt help again imo, when we have the 24/7 negativity, but we all know it is done for a reason, not because they have 500, 5000 or whatever invested.
#patienceisavirtue :)
Mac, what do you see as the case for investing here?
Yet at this price, and I hate myself for saying it, I may have to buy some more shares . :)
Valj. I admire your enthusiasm for the takeover, but isn't going to happen until a resolution. Agreed, we don't know what they are researching. At least give an interview, no mention of DHSC due to legalities, just to show some interest in their shareholders. They are acting like a private company. Yes, they are limited to what they can say. Something, anything on a 1 to 1 public forum would be good. Proactive would be ideal.
Wow, that Linkedin post had 8 reactions. What the hell is this company any more? Posting on a careers social media, what's the point?
UK Health Security Agency and DHSC
Said Scarlet Pimpernel closed two companies after his 100 day walk about.
JW gave his agreement on day 1.
I thought the Scarlet Pimpernel had rationalised the products during his walkabout.
But... is the research still carrying on?
In readiness, for what may happen next?
a: Resolve Dhsc, Favourably b: Takeover/merger c: ???
No one knows, we all just hope? #worthwaiting IMO at least until we know for certain?
I agree with the comment on twitter. We need products that sell. If we have the right products but little sales, sort the sales out. If we don't have the right products, find something which could sell. Millions are being spent on research, if it doesn't relate into sales it is wasted money.
An Article in today's Telegraph :-
Bird flu has jumped to foxes and otters, scientists have revealed.
The Animal and Plant Health Agency (Apha) found nine otters and foxes were among 66 mammals positive for highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1, with some seals also infected.
It is thought that they had fed on dead or sick wild birds infected with the virus and there was "a very low likelihood of any widespread infection in GB mammals", Apha said.
Around the world, the record outbreak of the disease led to the death of about 208 million birds with at least 200 recorded cases in mammals, according to figures seen by the BBC.
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) said that "bird flu is primarily a disease of birds and the risk to the general public’s health is very low".
However, researchers worldwide are investigating the risk of other species becoming infected.
By Larry on twitter I should say
Mammal to mammal transmission in the wild confirmed in Seals. At the current rate of transmission its only a matter of when. The mortality rate is terrifying. Would make Covid look like a cold, please don't take the bait.
This is an interesting read

I have ascertained that the Research Institute at the heart of the UK Avian flu studies use PCR machines but whether ours or a competitor I do not know.
Yep Minks Spain. Anyone for a fur coat ... I thought peeps stopped buying them years ago , I don't know anyone who wants one or wears one.
Millions of avians are confined in tiny cages and live for around 30 days, mostly dying from over feeding and cannot stand or move around just to keep McDonald’s and kfc in profit, there is a lot of evidence of this virus hopping to mammals.
Naewise, spot on! Silence on what could turn out to be the next plandemic. Early days but are nova doing anything apart from “oh yes, we have a test for that”?
What is Nova's involvement if any in testing for Avian flu nowadays? I seem to recall around 2 years ago we introduced two new RUO PCR tests for avian influenza. Avian influenza is headline news now sadly with tens of millions of deaths worldwide spreading to some mammals. Surely we were at the forefront on this important issue at one time or has this now been sidelined. Must confess I am totally out of touch but it does not appear to get much coverage from Nova - like most other things!
Thank you wilson.... Put on as example of microgen situation... There are a lot of coincidences... the company has to prepare and focus... Bit like the wagon trains against the arrows ... An ever decreasing circle
