Just had a listen to the AGM on line and can confirm my 2 questions did get answered. Good evening, My name is ---- ------ I have been a shareholder for many years now and have a couple of question for you at this year's AGM, can you let shareholders and me know (1) would the Board members and staff be willing to take a reduction in pay until the all formalities and paperwork has been signed and paperwork in hand so that Heron can start production and (2) are all fees still being paid for the block XX licence area whilst we wait for these formalities to go ahead as it's been a few years since the Exploitation Licence was awarded and would like to know if we're paying for something we cannot use many thanks ---- ------ GLA
Doc83 ; Having now listened to what MB said, I would guess that it's the district land use permission that will come through first. And presumably this will not be impacted by the elections, as by the sounds of it will be the case with the special purpose tripartite agreement.
I think that there's a pretty good chance that Heron will commence in 2024.
As Master82 mentioned, there was no talk of hold ups with the local land use permission, and no talk of the provincial governor intervening with it.
Personally, I hope that in time the company will in time take legal action against the various parties who have deliberately held this up - not least the governor, who is actually using a mistake by his provincial authority through overlapping their protected land over Block XX as an absurd excuse not to sign the Special Purpose agreement. It's quite unbelievable.
Investor - I was concerned there might be some further bad news but MB and the AGM do seem to have calmed things a bit. But I am left wondering if we will ever sell a barrel of oil from Heron. For all WOS's talk of "imminent", it's very feasible 2024 will be another year without production. I'm also of the opinion we will have a raise this year. It's just my opinion so for those with high blood pressure, don't explode. But if you listen to the Q&A, IIRC one of the very early questions asked about the "upcoming raise" which MB didn't discount and instead started talking of the different funding options!
Professional - low IQ con man. Did no research here.
Overall, I feel more positive than I did yesterday evening. It's great news that MATD is funded until 2025, and that Petrovis will help as well financially via a drawdown facility. I did mention that Petrovis will protect its investment in MATD and the kudos of eventually extracting oil via what it calls its subsidiary - though why does the MATD website refer to itself being ' a parent company ? '
It's good that the activists seem to realise now that it was the Petrovis Group founded MATD - though I'm flabbergasted that this hadn't been made clear to them before, and that they hadn't researched it themselves.
Maybe the cabinet will be prompted quickly to act and sort out the protected land issue, given that the Ministry for Economic Development is preparing a submission to Cabinet to attempt to remove the obstacles to completing the Special Purpose agreement process.
Maybe it will be like waiting for a bus - you wait for ages and then two arrive at once. So maybe the Special Purpose agreement and the district land access permission will both turn up out of the blue at more or less the same time !
Prof... you are a joke... you make a deduction prior to any analysis... and then create all sorts of fanciful reasoning to ensure it points to that deduction.... like tony bliar and his WMD b/s. He already decided he wanted to invade.. so he just made up all the b/s afterwards to ensure that it all pointed to there being wmd in Iraq.... when in reality all the 'facts' were just pure b/s.
If tey want renewables to contribute they will need cash otherwise just a story nobody is buying
You cant be surprised if you did the leg work and read the annual reports and did the sums to actually work out if they will or will not do fund raising. Unless he stated previously that there would be no fund raising before xx/xx/xx date, and he did one before then... then yeh you can lost trust ... but as far as I have read the rns's.... he never said so. AIM none cash flow outfits have to have funding to survive... they cant run on hope and glory.
Because they needed the cash for future projects... c.$4m+ that'd left them with $1m before the year was out.
may be you should read... and do some thinking
and the CEO has said no need for fund raise till 2025... why the persistence in lying that they will have one soon ?
🙄I can't trust MB, we've always been taken by surprise with the placings, been invested twice and hit by placings😡
Fair play to Mike, answered alot of questions.
But professional is now the certified clown and no one should take this user seriously. Was so persistent on fundraise and there being no money left and was completely wrong. Sums it up really he does no research into this stock at all. Time to leave prof for your own good
Last time they did raise when they had 5 mln left....was in my post...try to read.
If you did the sums... MATD would still have $4m as at end of june. Considering they had $8m last june.
c$2m went to the failed drill
c$2m went to the JV
b/s is your forte
"Fundraise still coming. Nothing new heard today. Sums still the same....."
be man enough to accept you got it wrong on this... more cowardly to keep pushing a lie when it's already exposed
TCM - Prof also full of it and he will tell you himself there is no love lost between us. But WOS edges it for me in the BS scores.
Dont worry guys. Fundraise still coming. Nothing new heard today. Sums still the same.....
that's whataboutism...
the point was about prof dooming and glooming of a fund raise... he was **** sure of it
since you consider wos joker... its pretty pointless comparing profs words with his.. unless you think prof is a joke as well.. ? or you think wos is a serious poster ? compare like with like.
WOS - getting my posts deleted again?
TCM - who has been more right, WOS or Prof?
Anyone got recordings of the AGM .
Well you could've asked
“Professional , Professionally De-ramping the hell out of this share. I mean how wrong can you be? And many fools have been taken in by him.”
spot on.. all that persistent scare mongering about an imminent fund raise... what load of b/s.
cue more "whataboutisms "
So no one asked the all important RNS questions what stage is the landuse agreement at ?
Well, as i said NO RAISE....despite months and months of Professional , Professionally De-ramping the hell out of this share. I mean how wrong can you be? And many fools have been taken in by him. The outstanding matters will be resolved....And the SP?..... This is going back up.
Sorry typing on a phone on a train. I meant
it seems we are funded to 2025, we await either the local soum to sign off the LP vote and/or the SCP and with the SPC we know that we have support of cabinet, of MRPAM and the last RNS informed us that the Ministry for Economic Development, which is in charge of stimulating foreign investment in Mongolia has been very active on this (the SPC) issue and is preparing a submission to Cabinet to attempt to remove the obstacles to completing the process.
Hopefully makes more sense.
