Greatland Gold plc
("Greatland" or "the Company")
Issue of shares and total voting rights
Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed precious and base metals exploration and development business, announces that during June 2020, the Company issued 23,902,702 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each from its block listing authority of 10 February 2020 (the "Share Issue") for a total consideration of GBP597,567.55.
Following the Share Issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 97,840,540 shares under its block listing facility.
The Company's new issued share capital comprises 3,760,206,631 ordinary shares. When calculating voting rights, shareholders should use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Im assuming the extra £600k is included in the £6m we have in the bank.
More of the block listing shifted, more money for the scally drills
Yum
More bad timing on my part, bought in this morning !
Slowly eating through those warrants fellas
They're raising cash for the upcoming drilling campaign. Another 5 weeks or so of warrant exercise selling?
those 2.5p ones are being churned now. SB?
Olly - It's not bad timing mate. The number of warrants are falling, the stock may tighten as we see less selling from this source of dilution
As happens every time people do not understand the RNS and seem to sell only to buy back in higher. This is money in the bank that’s what matters
Another £600k in the drilling kitty - nice :)
The beauty of the warrants is there are another 97,840,540 that will expire in August 2021 so that's another guaranteed £2.5m that we will see flow into the coffers over the next 12 months.
With £6m in the bank as of yesterday then there is no risk of any placings in my mind in the next 12 months and who knows where we will be by then.
ATB - Paddy
Olly. Suspect every holder can point to when they could have brought cheaper. I will stick my neck out though and state with 100% certainty in my mind that many will purchase at a higher price than you just paid over the coming weeks.
Where would the price be without warrant and options drag? A lot higher I believe
Great news indeed with today's RNS - hope they come in threes but maybe that's being a bit too greedy
even if there were a placing in the future, ggp could now raise £4m for only 1% dilution
This is so de-risked its insane
Hi hydro,
Have a look at this for a rough guide.
https://www.rcdrilling.com/rc-drilling-guide/comparative-costs-of-drilling/#tab-1-5
They say about AUD$200 per metre so AUD$160,000 for an 800m hole. I guess it all depends on rig availability, remoteness of the location etc, etc but it's a good starting point.
Paddy
Paddy, apparently EOS.COM will be providing 50cm resolution soon..have you heard anything about this?..would certainly be useful for future sat updates.
Not bad timing at all mate. Go to GGP help.co.uk and follow paddygall1 on twitter and within a few short hours of easy research all in one place and videos etc to watch, you will soon realise that you have just bought into an incredible company with an incredible bod and an incredible and still early stage discovery ,of a lot of gold no less.
Welcome.sit tight, ignore your entry and wait 6 short months.

Hi Spratt.
No mate - I hadn't heard about that. I assume that will be a subscription service to get that level of detail.
Worth keeping an eye on for developments though.
