That's the size of it exactly, Eric and MrP...and we're not going to be pissed off 'cos it's spring and we're going to hang in there and be happy.
FarEnd If you can't see nothing happening before Easter I agree.. something might happen any day, just saying.
Yes, everyone invested, without exception, I would say, is beyond p'ed off. The only saving grace is that we haven't personally had to deal with the Swedish authorities. Kurt must be absolutely climbing the walls. The Aktie investors are probably continuing to accumulate though, the shakier we become over here on AIM. So we do need to carry on being patient for a short while longer. If we believe, of course. Surely the unimaginable would be holding for almost a decade, then missing out on a positive concession outcome by selling. So that won't be me. Nor it seems, a good number of other investors. I reckon, for want of better words; most of us have adapted to taking these kicks in the face from the Swedes, we can hack it, but in doing so, it also means that we are simply more determined than ever not to kick ourselves in the face. Atb.
Hang in there
Yep what's a few more weeks... meanwhile the price slowly drifts southwards again.
Even the most hardend optimist's on here must
surely be getting ****ed off by now.
I remember last year and the years before that posters were saying I can't go on holiday yet as a decision is imminent, they must be getting cabin fever by now.
You'll miss this BB when someone in authority says yes or no, I'm betting on a maybe.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Happy Easter everyone, can't see nothing happening this side of the holidays.
....couple of important months ahead of us....
Mak, I'm sure Kurt is doing everything he can for us, without pressing the red button that then makes the situation a legal battle. Our position within Sweden would be untenable if he did that. The hint that he could do it though, should be enough to bring a decision. We have a couple of important months of ahead of us, with nothing looming (such as a Swedish election) that we know of, to prevent a decision on our application from being given. So, continued patience required. In my opinion. Cheers Mak.
Hi Sooz. We must trust that is the case, but I don't have the strength left to bet on it. Lol.
Hi Gunnar. Thanks for the info. It is odd that we might have to wait for that particular sequence, but I guess it isn't too far away. If Kallak is still not addressed at that time though, then I'm sure Kurt will rightly be demanding some answers. The situation well beyond disgraceful as it stands now. Best regards.
Yes Treetop, it is a bureaucratic nonsense. And so we wait.
There's probably a whole package being put together and it will take as long as it takes. What's a few weeks?
Mak0127 I feel just like that about you know what....this is less important and while there's life there's hope.
'patient for a little while longer'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How much longer?????????????????
The way things are STILL going, most of us will be in our BOXES before there is ANY DECISION!!!!!!!!!!!!
Clive KNEW this would go on and on and on and on and on and on....................
That is why he handed over to KURT! (OMG)
I've said it before, and I will say it again: WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SITUATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
KURT........READ THIS.......... EARN YOUR SALARY AND DO SOMETHING USEFUL RE KALLAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Many thanks Gruvegunnar nice to see you again...and I agree with your comments, we just have to be patient for a little while longer... until the ends are gathered together.
Skal.
When the gov. delivers a decision on Kallak it will also, most likely, be followed by a decision on some sami issues.
In mid April there is a so called "spring budget" (follow up budget) proposed from the gov to the parlament. In that budget you might find issues directly or indirectly connecting to Kallak. Be that financing the double ore track to Narvik, the transformance of the melter SSAB to a non fossil plant - or some sami issues. The latter might do not have to be of a financial matter.
Last fall we had a move because some of us invested in the possibility of a stable elected gov. After that happened there was another move by the traders that counted the days in every week when we would have a decision. I think we now are getting closer to the real time April-May when the decision is really expected. I think this will give us more intens news and debate.
There are no excuses, reasons, lack of information, not an uncrossed t or undotted I remaining. More than a year has passed for the swedes to analyse the last of the many submissions of information above and beyond that required by the application process.
When is Kurt going to do the job demanded of any CEO and demand a decision, or a concrete and justifiable reason for continuing to withhold that decision?
If not now, when?
Nah,Eric the swedes are already in holiday mode. What a combo, swedish procrastination and socialism in practice !
John, I think they ran out of paper. Lol.
Mr.Speaker!
No frigging mention of mining then?
Obviously not a priority
Lol. It did all seem a bit sugar coated. Sounds brill, no problems whatsoever. What they failed to say was that a thousand year timescale had been allocated for achieving all that.
Ha fecking ha ha ha.
Makes Utopia seem like a hellhole. What a load of head in the sand rubbish.
I’ll say it once again - great at words, but no action to back them up. Embarrassing.
"...The self-determination and influence of the indigenous Sami people will be strengthened. An independent human rights institution will be established." Influence strengthened! Aye, after all, it's so bloody weak. And so I wept.
Evening. TheFarEnd, yes, got it. Thank you for that! atb
"Fennoscandian Resources AB ("Fennoscandian") will receive additional funding from Business Finland, 50% contribution to a budget of Euros 224,900, for graphite purification and spheroidization testwork, and the further assessment of Fennoscandian's graphite for battery applications."
aug59, the above says it all, non of these monies will be used for exploration/drilling, it was a small but welcome amount but yes this will effect the cash burn.
