I bought in at 0.4 as a speculative punt. To be honest, there has been so much good news affecting this sector over the last few weeks I'm staying in.
The market cap is 3.46B. Is it not too high for such a company that is about to restructure? Comparing with easyJet which is 3.8B.
On Tuesday, the airline secured bankruptcy protection in Norway, after already getting such protection in Ireland. Shareholders next week are due to vote on a rescue plan that calls for more stock issuance, cutting its fleet and debt conversion.
I’m still reading through the document but it sounds like they have a solid financial plan which they are taking to the AGM on 17th December and hence the massive uplift in share price. Part of the plan includes additional shares which will be offered preferentially to existing shareholders as of 17th December.
Any1 still hold it?
Or just me????
Over 100% up within last days...

"The international brokerage Sanford C. Bernstein on Tuesday cut its target price for the company's shares to zero.
`Norwegian is at the end of the line,` the brokerage's analyst Daniel Roeska wrote in a note to clients announcing the decision.`Rounded to the nearest Krone, existing shares are all but worthless.`
Fast-forward 4-months to the day and yesterday 13th August, SP closed at NOK 1.32 a drop of 71%. That`s a smidge over 11 pence.
With debt-holders resorting to equity stakes, how many shares outstanding now I wonder...? and what is the % left for people like you and me? Only crumbs left in share capital.
This is not going to bounce. This is dead for the long term and will walk all the down to 0.[something] GBX (pence).
I hope I am wrong and will keep it on my watch list for signs of a pulse.
Sadly as I live in the UK my Trading Platform does not allow me to take a punt with Norwegian Air Shuttle ...but I hope that this share shall be a ..High Flyer ..for you in the near future ........ Regards Lenin ...
Lenin, good morning.
Well, well, I just bought me some shares here (just a grand) at 12p.
My point is the 5-10 min quick lateral flow assays will be coming to the markets in a month or so. THAT is where my signal is. So I position myself today on the cheapest airline share in the market at 1.5 kroner.
Once the shorters realise that this little airline (5th in the world) will go somewhere.
The clock is ticking now...tick-tock
Good luck to holders.

Normally I am very impressed when I see stocks and shares climb to very high levels so quickly ...The great thing about Norwegian Air Shuttle this stock leaves me very impressed by how fast it can go down in the opposite direction !!!!... When the shares crash land to 0.001 I may be tempted to buy some !!!!..Regards Lenin....
I don't understand why this share is dropping?? Can anyone shed some light?
This must due some movement, one way or the other..
What is everons view on this long. More flights are starting in the coming weeks. What doe sthe future hold?
by the looks of things, NAS has seen the worst and survived.
as the price is the lowest it has ever be there is really only one direction it could go.

"Norway will allow entry to business travelers from all the other Nordic countries from June 1, in a further easing of coronavirus restrictions, the government said on Thursday, making no distinction for Sweden.
The new rules mean business travelers arriving from Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Sweden will no longer be subject to a mandatory 10-day quarantine, which is currently the case for almost all arrivals from abroad."
