In which case, looking forward to a massive pay out from this level.

AMTE has the IP, expertise, factory, and safety certificates in place to dominate the sodium battery market

Indeed, reviewing everything posted today, it does look like AMTE are about to be bought out to move the company to the US.

Pinnacle have got themselves a great deal for £2.5m:

50% of the company with immediate placing, plus the 880m warrants for 80% holding potential.

And getting the sodium battery IP, plus the UN and EU Safety Certificates for only £2.5m!

As you said, on the plus side, to buy in for 1p a share with the potential for £2 a share in a couple of years even with dilution is amazing.

Pinnacle support is in place and the company is saved.

UK government funding coming to build Dundee and speed up production.

£200m deals line up, and expecting £200m a year battery output.

Looking at 50p short term, and £8 long term.

If just stop oil and their legions of activists care about the world, how about they do a whip around and offer more money than pinnacle to support an actual solution to the oil crisis

If any of you moneybags on here can sell one of your Mayfair flats, you too could easily afford to beat the Pinnacle offer and own half the company ready for the sodium battery revolution to make 100x on your investmet

Massive deals are being done to get Sodium batteries made, and the massive market opportunity, all clear for everyone to see.

Alan only became CEO in Oct 2022, this guy has the pedigree and connections to turn this into a multi-billion £ company.

Considering he is aiming to get the company listed in the main market, I believe he has some aces up his sleeve.

Just glad I've managed to get into this company ground floor, going to be buying more tomorrow and looking forward to the insane payday.

I vote that Pinnacle puts a better deal on the table.

Would expect new offers to land start of next week in order to have time to counter any counter.

Considering the opportunity and the fact that the company is set up and ready to go, this will be a very very lucrative investment.

When the International Energy Agency says the following, you know this is going to be a massive opportunity:

If saudi then they will have deep pockets, so its worth holders asking for more money and better terms.

Also, I would expect this this week will see a rush to buy shares ready for the vote at the GM.

If there is a US fund looking at this they will pounce now to table a great offer to ensure they will.

Far cheaper to spend £15m for half of the shares of AMTE now compared to the massive costs to get the IP and factories built from scratch.

Reading through everything, it's clear that Sodium Batteries are the next big tech.

The fact is that AMTE has the IP, safety compliance certificates, and factories already in production.

I suspect that there were already a few companies knocking on the door with offers and Alan moved forward with the pinnacle offer as a way to make it all public and force other official offers to get tabled.

I would expect a more reasonable offer in the £10-£15m region to land for better terms.

Any share subscription is cash to fund mass production, so this is a win-win situation with the share price expected to re-rate hard.

Based on Alans's comments for main market relist at a minimum even for the larger 250m shares that still is a price of 11p, which is 11x the current price. So that person that bought £50k will be getting £500k profit!

Positives and why we are now seeing a turning to a good time:

1) Sodium Batteries are where the industry and market are heading globally

2) Oil usage stopping - due to A) environmental reasons B) UK/EU are cutting ties with MEA energy dependence

3) The new(ish) CEO Alan started in Oct 2022, and has a legacy of turning businesses around

4) AMTE are the first battery company with EU safety approval, which takes time and money, and they have completed

5) AMTE are now in phase 4 - mass production of sodium batteries

6) offer from Pinnacle will get a counteroffer, giving funds and support to develop mass production

Look at Alan Hollis Linkedin, his job is to make the company into a £350m operation, and he has a lot of experience in achieving this kind of growth. Add this to his comments today, that he is looking to go to the main market.
