This is painful but would be a ridiculous decision to exit at this price.
Very unhappy with Mr Bird for the worrying inconsistency of his communications strategy. Goes from one extreme to another. Hasn’t delivered what he said would be delivered vis a vis the assay results re timeframes etc
It does seem though that the price is dropping on consistently low volume and no concerning holdings RNS’s have dropped.
Hoping for a much more positive H2! Can’t be much worse can it?
On Level 2, there is a single Market Maker (Cantor Fitzgerald) at 3.70 ask. Of the other six, two are at 4.00 and four are at 4.10. Its quite unusual to have one MM straying so far from the general consensus.
The bid is more conventional, with three at 3.60 and the others at 3.50, 3.40, 3.30 and 3.20. The 3.20 is also Cantor Fitzgerald.
The only thing that has changed recently is the drop in the copper price. The Chinese autocrats who caused this can attempt like Canute to hold back the tide but in the long run as Mrs T famously said you cannot buck the market. However another mantra which might apply was by Keynes, I think , "the market may remain irrational longer than the investor may remain solvent". Hopefully not for those on this board.
I remain optimistic , like Iceberg, but a little disappointed at the current price level
We don't have any control as to when the news is released, although I am still perplexed about the EOY statement etc.
I trust in my judgement and investment reasons, so i hold (i don't expect others to trust mine they should trust there own reasons).
There hasn't been any negative news so onwards we go!
Oliver - I an also sitting on a large loss and it is challenging to say the least. I keep going back to review RNS's and interviews to remind myself why I invested in the first place. My conclusion is that the present hit on the SP is in part due to dilution following the placing shares being issued and the rest is based on nothing more than sentiment... the fundamentals have not changed.
I've crunched the numbers over and over and believe it is odds on that Bushranger will prove to have well in excess of 2mt of Cu that is economic to mine and there will therefore be a buyout within the next 6-12 months. At that point the value will be determined by an independent expert and not the fickle market. I will hold until then... unless the fickle market decides to overvalue the stock!

'The stock market is a way of transferring money from the impatient to the patient'.
Yes, agree completely. There is a huge amount of potential here but patience is required. This is just a quiet period for news, although if concerned, don't listen to CB. Instead go back and watch the interview with Jeremy Read and Quinton Hills from 3-4 weeks ago.
Also, don't forget the Africa assets. Reread the last Kalengwa drilling result for example.
>> longer term I expect to see at least 8 to 10p
I would be extremely disappointed to only reach 10p :)
I to am now sitting on a loss, but adding monthly as allows. Its unpalatable, however longer term I expect to see at least 8 to 10p
Hold for me and adding on the dips

No need to be sorry for expressing your thoughts, even if you consider them a little negative.
I am in a similar boat in that as I look at H&L right now I am down 40%.
What keeps me going is that nothing has changed since the news and that I am in it for the long run, not a quick turnaround.
One thing that really stuck with me was 'The stock market is a way of transferring money from the impatient to the patient'.
As a long term holder sitting on large losses I really a few months ago had high hopes with the constant optimistic statements and podcasts from Colin Bird
It now seems that this was just a ploy to get placings away and businesses back to normal
Normally if something sounds too good to be true it usually is not
Sorry to be negative but that is how it seems to me
Thanks for your information Hawaii. Has calmed me down a bit or even a lot! I'm happy to sit this out until at least the end of the year.
For those onlookers who may be concerned about the recent low price warrant conversions it is evident there are hardly any of these left - full details of the 1.2p warrants can be found on page 60 in the 2019 AR where 8.3m were issued but most have now been converted.
There were 27m warrants issued at 1.85p on 30th September, a fair slug have already been converted.
Recent warrant issues are far higher up - 54m at 8.5p
In conclusion I do not see warrant conversions a drag on the share price for any length of time, the most recent placing was at 5.6p for example.
XTR have been pretty prudent on warrants, for example ORR have nearly 200m outstanding and POW once had 300m both at material discounts to their share prices. XTR probably have circa 15m discounted warrants outstanding which is minuscule by comparison.
Hi Peter,
Thanks for the info. A significant holding so presumably you've some good research behind you when you are so relaxed considering our current news blackout. Hopefully our near surface potential targets do pan out, I'd love them to find even a few patches of decent gold. I'm a bit nervous as when CB goes quiet it doesn't seem to bode well and the annual accounts and a Manica update are overdue.
Hello Ella, I am Peter. I tweaked my holding marginally a few weeks ago to rebalance but I am not selling now - I now hold just under 3%. The 500k tranches are nothing to do with me - probably forward selling of the warrants just announced this evening. I will hold my shares until the next drill campaign is complete. Lots of news due over the next 6 months. From my perspective no major worries here now - we’re cashed up and the Aus drill targets are now predominantly near surface, so cheaper and faster to drill than the phase 1 campaign. I held GGP for quite some time and it followed a similar pattern - quite the roller coaster up and down close to 50% moves until the market finally appreciated the size of the system. It’s obviously a very different bag here, but once again the market seems not to grasp the potential of Africa assets and Bushranger. It will just take time, a strong constitution and strong copper and gold prices (which I fully expect to see).
3 lots of 500,000 offloaded. I wish I had kept track of all these round figure offloads to try and work out when we would be in the clear.
Shares were also issued for the Zambia licenses if I recall ?
Could be Littlewing. If Peter Hall was a ProspectOre beneficiary then if it is him he has a 3.09% share so an update TR1 wouldn't be far away. No idea if Peter Hall was involved with ProspectOre but I thought he might have been.
Warrants or the shares issued to obtain the licenses in the first place ?
Bought a few of these today - agree that this is a very good entry price. Have been watching for a while and did not expect it to see slip back below 4p.
Warrants?
From the time of that trade unfortunately that looks like a sell. There have been a fair few of those round figure trades lately which I think have been driving down the SP ?
and there pops a 400k buy... expect back above 4 now unless any others are behind the scenes
expecting to see some big orders filled and/or some stop loss pain for a few who had triggers set around 3.8/3.9
definitely surprising to see these prices.. but its really an irrelevance versus the long game prize here. those that can and are researched will be topping up am sure.
Seems like it is slipping back ....
I'd be reasonably surprised if this goes as low as 3.5p. Under 4p is an interesting adding back opportunity for me though.. and having added very small increments in - very - early 4's p I'd add bigger and bigger size by increment from 3.9p down...
Hopefully - especially for those more recently in here - it doesn't go much under 4p though.. but if the next RNS is deemed more bad than good it could go to 3.75p or a bit under even I understand.. and annual results will of course be very underwhelming, but that should not be any surprise and already factored in .. and here's to a good news RNS soon to help this rally.... and there are a few areas which could give us that .. and there have some good posts here recently outlining upcoming news possibilities, thanks.. there really should be some good Africa progress, one way or other.. if not then it's a - further- joke at this stage .... or the remaining Aus phase 1 drill hole results could be decent to good, hopefully..
(altogether, if CB can't come up with some good news sometime around now then people shouldn't be surprised with some further short term s/p weakness.. disappoined and/or annoyed yes, but not surprised... )
all Imho
