George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
The London stock exchange collapsed over half an hour ago for all lower cap and Aim stocks so you can not trade any stocks which is the reason volume hadceased
Waited this long so happy to sit it out as looks promising and is full listing
Let us hope so but it is a,fact that all three new directors have made their name in financial services and hedge funds. Maybe they will surprise us with their knowledge of oil and gas but so little time to sort the license out
As a long standing shareholder losing a ton on this share glad to see the back of the directors
However none of the new directors have any experience in oil and gas so presume they are going to move the company in a different direction so maybe they will not be going be going ahead with the Namibian assets. If so the company will be a shell with millions of tax losses over the years. We will all have to wait and see
A very good summary from semantic as the company has been the same for years by attending seminars appointing new directors and basically acting like a non profit making organisation but nothing for the shareholders other than placing s and declining share price
Looking like the calm before the storm when hopefully an Rns will land with a new strategy and new directors
I can not see reference to new prospectus on website unless I am missing something ?
Nobody will be sorry to see the back of the current directors and have to consider we are still valued at a little over a million
Have been in this for years and sitting on massive losses but now will anticipate events but short of funds to top up but does seem a great opportunity now
Great Rns today Shantonu Chundur acquired 5% and he looks like the real deal
At the age of 31 asked to go to Africa and took charge and turned around troubled billion dollar offshore oil project
This is just the person and other investors to turn this around
Confident person bought £10000 worth this morning presumably for a good reason and,at the end of the day our market cap is still neglible
He was notified as a 5% shareholder on 31 October but passed the threshold on 15 September when the share price was around 13. Therefore I calculate his investment cost a little under 100k
I doubt he would want to lose this and the important factor is how well funded the new investors are. However must be an improvement on the present directors who have wrecked the share price and achieved nothing over the years
Phi mx going to the moon is obviously just winding you up and is a joker
As for Gunn being a great business man he wrecked British and Commonwelt one of England's great companies where investors like me lost everything so would not touch this company ever
Suddenly some big buys going through. Last week there was a RNS of an individual purchasing 5% so could be adding but no clue who the person is but hopefully will lead to something
All day much easier to buy than sell as very weak on the bid. Also anybody who holds shares from the last placing at 1 pence can take profits of 50% so holding back any gain
50k in the bank Nearly four million owed . No Income . No business
Should this even be On the market ?
Now I know why there was a large sell of £10000 at over 11 yesterday as somebody obviously in the know and the whole thing rotten
Have been in this years when the company had over 15 million in the bank and no debt
Massive mistake holding but kept hoping but now extinguished
Listened to the interview and hope we can get this deal over the line as talk about a project value of 100 billion at the end of the interview
We could be a,winner with this reverse takeover and make up for the long wait and live in hope and great news based in Australia a solid infrastucture
Chunky £25000 buy an hour ago and On fundamentals and increase in covid cases looking cheap
An offer for the company would have to be more than 100% from this level
Looking at the balance sheet to me something does not look right as the trade debtors seem to be unmoved at nearly 5 million. What do these relate to and are they recoverable as with borrowings of 8 million the company looks like without a deal will have to raise
