Was looking at the RNS DATED 23 June regarding the Glenover sale and it mentions GLR to receive approx 2.1 million 15 business days after 21 June. No further RN S has been issued to confirm this so presume this transaction has not yet happened and need clarification

All buys today and 500000 buy just now at 1.09 so any news expected should really lift the share price. This is the one Colin Bird company that actually have cash apart from the ventures

Interesting comments from the AGM and now seems at rock bottom price below the last placing and with a market value under 3 million worth a punt as any positive news which is mentioned as imminent could move the share price quickly

If there was to be an offer would imagine would have to be in excess of the placing price of 30 pence a share of August last year

This is crazy down 12% On one trade of £800. Surely someone out there will buy out this company at such a tiny market capitalisation

Also article in this month's Country Life about the potential sale of Burgh Island for 15 million pounds of which the company has 5% might be another reason for share price activity

Would have been happier if it was not at one pence way below the market price so more dilution

It looks like AGM will be On 27 July as Colin Bird vehicle Tiger Resources announced today and in the past groups the various AGM to take place in the same day

So looking forward to some news to reassure shareholders

Really good news today that new investor subscribing for nearly quarter of million pounds of shares at 2.25 pence a significant premium to way undervalued share price

Interesting that over On Gallileo Resources comments are made that undervalued at 12 million capitalisation but here we now have the same market cap with substantial copper assets and regular gold income so the value here seems out of proportion and would rather hold this stock with potential gains

Interesting to note that the company advised on the purchase of Burgh island in 2018 receiving a 5% interest .At present the island is On the market for in excess of 15 million pounds which would result in an income of 750000 pounds

At present without the above the asset value is 3.5 pence against a share price of 1.50 so now is,a great time to accumulate

I am not sure how liquid these shares are to sell and no actual cash coming in for nearly a year so not surprised by little reaction to the RNS

I noticed there was a bit of buying in the last half hour yesterday and now think it is related to the RNS today from Tower Resources about massive find in the same area as we have

Hoping this is going to kick start our share price from rock bottom and does seem crazy we are only capitalised at a little over a million and like most sitting on huge losses but can suddenly change

The share price is actually level for the day as the price is showing an uncrossed trade of 3.11. However this trade was for only one share which some claim is that a RNS is imminent

The salary taken in shares is 40 K for six months but is only a portion but does not state what portion so appears a massive salary !

Agreed would be a good deal for AST and with the two day arbitration hearing coming in the next week where we could be awarded 3 million + looking good for a rise

Year end is 31 December and for public companies filing deadline is six months i.e 30 June

I do not see the appointment of Vlad as good news but that it confirms we have no deals in place and just another high salary to be paid and would have thought if the product was so desirable they would be coming to us

As for doing business in USA UK companies historically ripped off by them or sued
