Very positive RN S just out and seen very confident of winning arbitration case to be held in mid June which would result in significant income

One million sale at 1.42 well below the bid . Unfortunately not looking great !

Am buys today and now up over 8% so looks like RNS on the way

With investments value at 7 million and market cap of 3 million this does seem really undervalued and looks like a good new investment today

Now up 46% and paying 0.05 so hopefully some real news On the way

This Sebastian Matt appears to be a serial investor so they are in this share for something by the look of it and though I have been in it for shares decided a top up now

Fundraise was actually 3.5 pence

Very good announcement and nearly a year to the day of admission and fundraise when over 3 million pounds raised at 3.25 pence a share so a real cheap entry with no chance of original investors selling at current levels

I did the same and never wrong to take a profit but with only 72k in the bank at end of December will have to sell some shares in GLR or Sandfire or raise

Ensilica on the leader board with our investment now valued at £750000 and really undervalued at half asset value

What is important is that there is non equity funding in place which means no dilution for share holders and no placing

Should be noted that of all his various companies Colin has his biggest holding in African Pioneer and Tiger Royalties his vehicle also had holdings in AFP so plenty of incentive to make this work

Should not be forgotten came to the market a year ago at a subscription price of 50 pence valuing the company at 44 million so a long way to go to get back to that price and no wonder early buying

So pleased I bought in yesterday after research seemed a bargain but did not expect such a storming RN S like this and expecting big movement up

Maybe you should read the RNS of November 2021 which shows the details of the loan which was drawn in 2022 with the conversion prices for the various tranches

Also Sanderson Capital Partners loaned the company £750000 with conversion prices at 0.19 and 0.225 so anyone buying now is getting them significantly cheaper !

I got out when the company issued shares to pay for a consultancy bill of £6000 and obviously had no funds. Instead switched to G LR which at least has ample funds and exciting projects which share price does not reflect this at present

If you look at the Iconic Labs website under Investors they quote the current share price at 0.00 which is about right. All the heavy wright directors listed must realise their association with this company are doing nothing for their reputation unless a deal is announced now
