The 7500000 options issued at 5 pence expire Friday so better get a move on

Already 140 million shares traded which is 15% of the issued share capital so something going on and moving back up

I do wonder why in December the company issued 7500000 options to staff at five pence expiring 31 March and can only presume they expected the share price to exceed this by then. However there is still ten days left until the end of the month so maybe preparing for a blockbuster announcement but if not why did they bother issuing them

The problem is all his companies are now a penny !

I am not sure they are rollovers as there would be a slight variance in the price for the market maker to do the roll

We now have a lower market cap than Gallileo Resources. Who would have thought that would happen last year with all the positive spin from Colin Bird but now needs to restore

Agree RNS not meaningful as chances of recovery very slim as individuals can transfer assets to avoid paying damages. If the case was against a corporation more chance of recovery

Probably because it was not noticed before but hopefully GLR will put out a RNS

Looks like going below 1.0 as confidence in Colin though all his companies has evaporated and people are fed up with the chummy interviews which now seem of no benefit
I would add I hold stock in most of his companies and losses on all

Now heading down to new low so can forget about world cruise this year
After holding this since the days of Jan Nelson thought this was the real deal but maybe the market saw through all the hype

Unfortunately a listed company will never reply to an e mail and I remember a rare interview from the company saying they do not believe in giving away too much information in the media. They have certainly kept their word and we are all in the dark but have held this share for well over six years

Unfortunately there is a complete lack of trust in this company now and for me not helped in January when the company issued shares to settle a consultancy fee of £6000 . This surely could have been settled from cash resources instead of more dilution with now five billion shares in issue

I am unfortunately a holder of stock in Mining Minerals and Metals MMM whose shares were suspended at the beginning of October 2021 pending a proposed acquisition and reverse takeover. Seventeen months On and still suspended so there is no guarantee of any timetable or length of suspension

No utter nonsense from the Doc as On 31 January posted a letter of intent to be announced within a week but if people pay attention to these posts more fool them

What RNS are you hoping for as it was stated by the company that any talks with potential parties are only at preliminary stage which usually means months away and then need to do due diligence so do not expect any earth shattering news for months

Something going on as now up 12% with some decent trades and still half the IPO price
