Seanhunter is on the fast and stupid side.
He is unable to understand the tweet.
Ask yourself how can you get BHP and NCM to sell their holdings in Solgold cheap along with DGR and Nicks holdings.
You can't, but that is what is required for a sale.
I suspect we carry on to the next stage which is DFS.
Sean, you wouldn't be implying that a certain poster who has been relentlessly advocating production is slow and stupid are you?:)
Suddenly, Bob Sangha who is my fellow Canadian, is now my hero and Guru!!
"Fast and smart or slow and stupid" option according to that tweet.
In other words, sell or try to go into production.
Proud to be on the fast and smart side of the argument.
covgaz, after all we've been through why do you have less confidence now? Recent events have shown us the way forward, so it seems strange that you are feeling more exposed.
Why not Z?
Covgaz - no-one cares.
Z
Addicknt crazy
Anyway enough on this subject, I am amazed at how many people are unaware how to trade and tell me I don't know what I am talking about.
You can look this stuff up for yourself.
Goodnight everyone.
Sorry Not2sure what complex code. A child could do this.
You pay a monthly fee for a platform, around 10-15 pounds a month.
You get a GUI.
You put in the company ticker, the number of shares you want to sell or buy and your target price.
These people will not only do this for Solgold but other companies as well. So if they make 20 or 30 pounds a trade after costs, they are happy Bunnie's.
AROK1975, please don't join the nutters on here.
Why on earth would anyone manipulate the Solgold price.
Just look at the volume.
We don't even get 10 million shares a day traded.
That would only be 1.82 million pounds a day.
Who on earth would do that.
Do you really believe BlackRock or any other company would bother.
Manipulation is easy to spot. Look at various tables for example shorting table's show you which companies are being shorted and number of shares shorted.
Look at level two. This shows the blocks of shares that are available.
No one is bothered with us.
If they were the price would be a lot higher, as a large percentage of shares are held and won't appear on the open market.
Don't listen to the likes of Redknight or ColonelDrake.
They really don't understand trades.
Good luck.
Hi Q yes I have read quite a lot about algo trading and the proportion of automated trades is said to be as high as 80% and rising in the USA but of course it is the ability of the human programmer that is inputting the complex code that now keeps them one step ahead of the next trader..there is always going to be someone quicker and smarter and indeed in every walk of life !! But enough said we will just have to wait to see how it all pans out
Bubble, 587 shares traded...a busy day!
30K invested. I don't like it , but average 26 so cannot bear the loss.
Tsx what's that about???
However, we can guarantee Solg sp is heavily mani pulated / suppressed - I'm sure sooner or not much later , it will become evident !
ATB
Evening Not2sure this article refers to the USA but is pretty standard.
It shows that the majority of trades in all companies are automatic trades.
This is normal.

Apart from Mather, none of those people are on our board… how has Solgold got in such a position, that it seems we are all hoping, or expecting outsiders will finally move us forward.. The longer it goes without CGP announcing their vote, the more I will doubt our boards ability to close the deal
Bozi ….none of us here know the answers but the last couple of pieces of news have been out of left field….. they ( Irwin, Sangha, Singh &Mather must have a plan ….. hopefully they get it right.
Getting the merger done is what I’d like to see next
Have a good weekend DBW
I dont think you are right Q if you will not accept that a professional trader/hedge fund/broker cannot flood the market with small sells to hold the price whilst they come away with a lot more shares than they sold..the evidence is right in front of your eyes..however each to their own and probably best left there
£300k worth of shares showing after hours and a couple of 1 trades yum yum ! Now I don’t normally take much notice of this but I wouldn’t want to be out over the weekend lolzzz ;(( ( if only I meant it)
Have a great weekend all ready for that red dot Monday morning
DBW - I for one hope you're right, but I have slight concerns that whoever is running the rule on us is happy to wait us out.
My ideal scenario would be to try and push on a little longer, driving more value from the portfolio because I simply think that copper is going in one direction in the long term. However, short term market doesn't appear to be in our favour and a lot of PIs are fatigued enough as it is, so sentiment is going to be very hard to shift.
A strategic review culminating in an auction with 2 or 3 frantic bidders sounds fantastic. However, I've got to admit my confidence is taking a hit given how they've not been contested (yet) over Oz.
My main priority is that we get an optimised PFS and the CGP shares placed. A pin or 2 at Helipuerto would be handy too.
Fair enough StukeyBlue.
I have said enough on this subject.
I am however right on this subject.
May I suggest that you look up how automatic trades work.
You can set up algo trades very cheaply yourself.
You just require a platform.
You can set a buy price, sell it a bit higher and then repeat.
And another 1.5m+ after hours.
Another 5.5m volume day.
ok. saw -9.2%
