ServicePower wins significant contract with Pitney Bowes
7 June 2010 - ServicePower Technologies Plc (SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management, is pleased to announce a major contract win with Pitney Bowes, a multi-billion global technology leader and provider of mailstream hardware, software solutions and services. ServicePower Technologies will provide Pitney Bowes with its ServiceScheduling solution, serving North America and Europe. The contract value is estimated to be in excess of £2.8 million over a 3 year agreement.
The deployment of ServicePower's workforce scheduling optimisation and business intelligence technology will enable Pitney Bowes to schedule their technicians across two different service organisations, GMS (Global Mailing Solutions) and DMT (Data Messaging Solutions). ServicePower will provide ServiceScheduling as a hosted solution in their data centre in Louisville, KY.
