ServicePower Technologies PLC14 November 2007 14th November 2007 SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") Award of Contract ServicePower (LSE: SVR), the highly innovative supplier of outsourcing solutionsand software to the mobile repair and installations industry, announces theaward of a contract by Marsh Limited. The contract is to provide a despatch andwarranty claims processing infrastructure on a Software as a Service (SaaS)basis in the UK; it is expected to deliver meaningful revenue on an annualbasis. The contract will continue to grow through the next 12 to 18 months asMarsh rolls out its expansion and development plans. Marsh, through its trading division Marsh Affinity Practice, providesadministration services for a range of insured and insurance products andschemes including guarantees and extended warranties across a wide range ofproducts. Marsh will initially manage the despatch of jobs and subsequentwarranty claims for the repair of consumer electronics and home applianceproducts using ServicePower's web-based IT infrastructure. Marsh will then lookto use the same solution to manage a range of other consumer goods, includingfurniture. These jobs will be despatched to a combination of Marsh's own service networksand ServicePower's extensive independent service network. The ServicePowersolution will allow Marsh to manage the independent service network as if theywere employees, providing greater visibility into the progress of the job, ahigher level of efficiency and improved quality of service delivered to thecustomer.
