Statement of Intention Not to Make an OfferFor ServicePower Technologies Plc ("ServicePower")
On 10 November 2016, Jonas UK announced that it was in talks about a possible offer with ServicePower. Following further discussions, Jonas UK has concluded that it does not intend to make an offer for ServicePower. As a result of this announcement, Jonas UK will be bound by the restrictions contained in Rule 2.8 of the Code other than in the circumstances described in Note 2 to Rule 2.8 of the Code or otherwise with the consent of the UK Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.
