SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC Director Appointment

ServicePower , the innovative supplier of outsourcing solutions and software to the mobile repair and installations industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Duffin to its Board as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Mark Duffin will replace David Brisco. David Brisco will remain with ServicePower as an Executive Director.

Mark Duffin (aged, 40) is a qualified engineer with and MBA and has an excellent track record of growing businesses with a view to maximizing shareholder value. He has experience in managing and working within public companies, from Ofex to full list on the London Stock Exchange.

Until recently Mark Duffin was a director within Rentokil Initial Plc, having grown a startup business which he sold and integrated into the company with success.

Details of Mark Duffin's present and past directorships are detailed below;
