ServicePower Technologies PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") Listing of Shares
ServicePower , the recognised market leader in artificial intelligence based, field service scheduling solutions and computer services, today announced an application has recently been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 112,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the Service Agreement agreed with Chris Smith upon his appointment on 2nd January 2004 as Chief Executive Officer of ServicePower Field Service Solutions business division, as first reported in April 2004. It was agreed a bonus would be payable in shares on the second to fifth anniversaries of his appointment. This bonus is in respect of the third anniversary. Admission is expected to become effective on 11th May 2007.
