ServicePower Technologies PLC07 August 2007 7th August 2007 SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") Award of Contract ServicePower (LSE:SVR), the innovative supplier of outsourcing solutions andsoftware to the mobile repair and installations industry, is delighted toannounce today the award of two contracts to a marquee consumer electronicsretailer in the U.S.A. These contracts, which will involve the softwaresolutions being delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), are worth £150,000 in2007 and more than £500,000 in annual fees. ServicePower will provide the full portfolio of SERVICEPower optimisationproducts as a SaaS solution that will increase productivity and reduce costswithin our client's service business. The SERVICEPower solution will improve theconvenience and flexibility of the current appointment booking process forconsumers who require installation or an on-site maintenance visit for theirconsumer electrical products; ServicePower will also create and maintain optimalservice schedules and despatch the jobs in real time using SERVICEMobility, forup to 2,200 field service technicians further reducing lead times for theconsumers. ServicePower has also been contracted to provide GPS monitoring and turn by turnnavigation solutions. These software solutions will allow our client to ensurethe optimised schedules are deployed diligently by the field staff and willenable management to monitor the progress of the job and the technicians in realtime.
