Application has today been made for 262,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, pursuant to the allotment of shares through the exercise of employee share options by an individual who is neither a Director nor a person discharging managerial responsibility.
It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued share capital of the Company, will commence on 20 October 2008.
