ServicePower Technologies PLC30 October 2007 30 October 2007 SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") Award of Contract ServicePower (LSE:SVR), the innovative supplier of outsourcing solutions andsoftware to the mobile repair and installations industry, is delighted toannounce today the award of a significant Software as a Service (SaaS) contractby an existing client, one of the largest insurance companies in the US. Thecontract for GPS monitoring is worth more than £400,000 for GPS hardware. Inaddition it is anticipated that the Company will receive more than £300,000 inannual usage fees. Following the award of its largest software licence contract with a US insurancecompany, as announced on 4 September, the company has now purchased the fullyintegrated SERVICEGPS product. This software solution will allow ServicePower'scustomer to ensure that optimised schedules are deployed diligently by fieldstaff and includes a number of features unique to the ServicePower solution. Itwill also enable management to monitor the progress of the job and its severalthousand loss adjusters in real time. The GPS equipment also passes the locationdata to field staff laptops to provide spoken turn by turn navigation directionsutilizing ServicePower's unique driver safety-mode software.
