Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 24 December 2008 that Mark Duffin, CEO of ServicePower, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 0.13 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 3p per ordinary share on 24 December 2008.

Following this purchase Mark Duffin and persons connected to him are interested in 250,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.13 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
