The initial contract is expected to deliver incremental revenuein future years as the solution is rolled out to other members of the group. ServicePower will provide the full portfolio of SERVICEPower optimisationproducts and will be responsible for the implementation of a mobilecommunications solution 1st-Touch provided by Triangle Computer Services. Thesolution will allow Homeserve to offer time-banded appointments to itscustomers, improving customer services and optimising the working day of each ofits engineers. The 1st-Touch mobile solution will allow cost efficient despatchof the job details to the engineer on the road and update the SERVICEPoweroptimiser with real-time job status, travel progress and other key updates. Thisensures that up to date information is used to allocate jobs to the engineers.
