The following prospectus has been approved by the FCA:
Prospectus dated 6 March 2020 (the "Prospectus") relating to the €700,000,000 0.000 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2024, €800,000,000 0.500 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2028 and €500,000,000 0.875 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2032 (together, the "Notes") of RELX Finance B.V., guaranteed by RELX PLC.
