The Company announces that on 29 November 2016 (the "Award Date") it granted nil-cost options ("Awards") over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") to a Director of the Company and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP"), details of which are set out below:
The Company further announces that on the Award Date it granted options ("Options") over Shares to a Director of the Company and PDMR under the Company's Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP"), at an exercise price of 212.80 pence per Share, details of which are set out below
