Trading update

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Northern Bear is pleased to provide an update on trading for the financial year ending 31 March 2019.

Since publication of the interim report in November 2018, the Company and its subsidiaries (together the "Group") have continued to trade well. Based on management information for the ten months to January 2019, the Group has traded ahead of management expectations and in line with the outstanding prior year results.

While the final two months of the financial year is a key trading period for the Group, the Board's current expectation is that operating profit (prior to the impact of non-cash amortisation and transaction costs) will be broadly in line with the prior year.
