Director's dealing

The Company was informed yesterday that Steven Gray, Director of Northern Bear, transferred 71,330 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 February 2011 (the "Transfer"), for nil consideration.

Following the Transfer, Steven Gray is now interested in 755,952 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
