LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV; the "Company"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, was notified on 9 August 2023 of the sale on 8 August 2023 of 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £0.43 per share by Atomico IV L.P. and Atomico IV (Guernsey) L.P. (together "Atomico").
Atomico has confirmed that it remains a supportive long-term shareholder and sold shares to aid liquidity and allow a new institutional shareholder to join the register. Following this sale, Atomico holds 16,111,040 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 11.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
A separate notification of dealing form (TR-1) will follow this announcement.
