PDMR Exercise of Share Options
("LendInvest" or the "Company")
LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV; "LendInvest"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, announces the exercise of share options under the Company Share Option Plan by Michael Evans, the Chief Financial Officer and a PDMR of the Company. Michael Evans exercised options over 80,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of £0.0005 each. The exercise of options will be satisfied by 80,000 ordinary shares from the LendInvest Employee Benefit Trust.
