LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV; "LendInvest" or the "Company"), a leading technology driven asset manager for property finance in the UK, today announces that, as previously indicated by the Company on 29 June 2022, Christian Faes will step down as Executive Chair and assume the role of Non-Executive Chair from 1 January 2023 after 14 years of actively building the business, including a successful transition to a public company. The directors look forward to continuing to work closely with Christian in his adjusted role.
