LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV; "LendInvest"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, has been notified that, on 4 October 2023, certain persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company acquired bonds issued by LendInvest Secured Income II plc (the "Issuer"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LendInvest, pursuant to the Issuer's offering of 11.5% bonds due 2026 partially guaranteed by LendInvest under a £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Bonds"), as set out below.
