Further to the maturity of the Forterra 2016 Save As You Earn Scheme (SAYE) on 1 December 2019, on 26 May 2020 the Company was notified by the scheme's administrators, Link Group, of the following PDMR transaction. The PDMR listed below exercised options over the share capital of the Company as follows:
