Director/PDMR Shareholding
EnQuest PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by
Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').
Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange:-
Double A Limited, a discretionary Trust in which the Bseisu family have a beneficial interest, notified the Company on 12 May 2010 that it purchased 5,514,763 Shares on 12 May 2010 at 93.71 pence per share, totalling 0.71% of the share capital of the Company.
Prior to these transactions, Double A Limited held 10,192,992 shares, being 1.32% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Double A Limited following the transaction is 15,707,755 Shares, being 2.03% of the share capital of the Company. Alima Trust, a discretionary Trust in which the Bseisu family has a beneficial interest, holds 9,225,157 Shares, being 1.19% of the share capital of the Company.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 775,027,922 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
