Director/PDMR Shareholding

Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"):

Clare Spottiswoode notified the Company on 21 October 2014 that she had purchased 19,560 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 21 October 2014 at 76.10 pence per share.  

Prior to this transaction, Clare Spottiswoode held no Shares in the Company. The total holding of Clare Spottiswoode following the transaction is 19,560 Shares, being 0.002% of the share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
