Director/PDMR Shareholding

Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"):

The Buckee Family Settlement, a discretionary Trust in which Dr Jim Buckee has a potential beneficial interest at the discretion of the trustee, notified the Company on 19 March 2015 that it had purchased a further 248,525 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 19 March 2015 at 40 pence per share, totalling 0.03% of the share capital of the Company.  

Prior to this transaction, The Buckee Family Settlement held 1,306,938 Shares in the Company. The total holding of The Buckee Family Settlement following the transaction is 1,555,463 Shares, being 0.19% of the share capital of the Company.

Separately from the holdings of The Buckee Family Settlement, Dr Jim Buckee himself holds 2,048,965 Shares, being 0.26% of the share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
