EnQuest PLC were informed on 24 April 2014, by Capita Asset Services, that 13,436 shares previously granted to Faysal Hamza (a PDMR of the Company) on 19 April 2012 under the EnQuest PLC Deferred Bonus Share Plan, vested on 22 April 2014. The 13,436 shares have been retained by Faysal Hamza.
Prior to this transaction, Faysal Hamza held 183,335 shares, representing 0.02% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Faysal Hamza following the transaction is 196,771 shares, representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company.
