AGM Trading Statement
At the Annual General Meeting of Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, which is being held at 10:30am today, Mike Love, Chairman of Dillistone, will make the following trading statement:
"Although the economic environment remains unpredictable, the Group has continued to make good progress so far in 2013.
"The Group now delivers a number of products and services via its two divisions; Dillistone Systems (which works primarily with executive recruiters) and Voyager Software (which works largely with contingency based recruiters). In the first five months of the year, both divisions have generated a higher level of new sales contracts than in the same period of 2012.
"The Group is particularly pleased to note that Dillistone Systems' core product, FileFinder, has shown good sales growth with a number of larger new client contract wins, some of which have already been implemented and as such will be recognised in the H1 2013 figures, with others expected to go live in H2, giving the Division the expectation of a strong start to the second half. Equally pleasing is the fact that Voyager Software's new Infinity platform, launched in September 2012, is now selling at a good rate and is proving to be more competitive than the product it replaced.
"This improvement in sales orders in both Divisions gives us increased confidence in our full year performance. The Group continues to be cash generative and debt free and, at this stage, the Board is confident that it will continue to make good progress throughout 2013."
