Results of AGM

Dillistone, the AIM quoted supplier of recruitment software, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at today's annual general meeting were duly passed.
As a result, the Company will issue a further 11,330,882 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Bonus Shares") under the Bonus Issue, details of which can be found in the announcement made by the Company on 28 April 2011.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Bonus Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will take place and dealings in the Bonus Shares will commence on 14 June 2011.
