Dillistone Group Plc("Dillistone", the "Company" or the "Group") Directorate Changes
The Board is pleased to announce that Ian Mackin, currently Interim Financial Director, has accepted the position of Finance Director on a full-time permanent basis with effect from 26 September 2022.
Further, Julie Pomeroy who was due to step down as Non-Executive Director on 30 September 2022 has agreed to stay with the Group.
Commenting on the changes, Giles Fearnley, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "We are delighted to confirm that Ian Mackin, previously Interim FD, has now accepted the position on a permanent basis. Coupled with the valuable expertise that Julie Pomeroy continues to bring, we believe we have the right team to take the Group forward."
