Dillistone Group Plc ("Dillistone" or the "Company"), the AIM listed supplier of recruitment software, announces that, Jim McLaughlin has resigned from his position as Executive Chairman and Finance Director with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Jim McLaughlin for his valuable contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Board would like to reassure shareholders that the Board's ongoing strategy for Dillistone will remain unchanged and that, in line with the pre-close trading update made on 18 January 2010, the Company continues to trade in line with market expectations and will be paying the further interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2009 amounting to 7 pence per share, on 1 April 2010 to holders on the register on 5 March 2010.

Dr. Mike Love, Non-Executive Director, has assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairman. Jason Starr, Managing Director of Dillistone commented;

"The Board is delighted that Dr. Mike Love has accepted the role of Non-Executive Chairman. Mike Love is an experienced AIM director. In addition to his role at Dillistone he is also executive chairman of SciSys plc and chairman of ClearStream Technologies Group plc both of which are AIM quoted companies. He is also a former member of the AIM Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange."

The Board is currently reviewing its options in relation to appointing a new Finance Director and will inform shareholders as soon as a suitable candidate has been appointed.

Following the departure of Jim McLaughlin and pending the appointment of the new Finance Director, the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees will comprise Dr. Mike Love and Jason Starr.

The Board continues to expect to announce Dillistone's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 on 1 April 2010.
