BOARD APPOINTMENT

Dillistone Group Plc ("Dillistone" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted supplier of recruitment software, is pleased to announce that Julie Patricia Pomeroy will join the board of Dillistone ("Board") as Finance Director with effect from 19 April 2010.

Julie, 54, is an experienced finance director of quoted and private companies and the Board is confident that she will be an asset to the Company. Julie graduated with an honours degree in physics from Birmingham University. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director as well as holding tax and treasury qualifications. Julie was group finance director of Carter & Carter Group plc until October 2005 having joined in 2002 to help grow and float the business. She had previously been chief financial officer of Weston Medical Group plc and prior to this, Julie worked at East Midlands Electricity plc as director of corporate finance. In August 2006 Julie was appointed to the role of finance director of AIM quoted Biofutures International plc and will continue in this role. Julie is also a non-executive director of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

Julie Pomeroy resigned as a director of WGP 1 Limited (formerly known as Weston Medical Group plc), WGP 100 Limited (formerly known as Weston Medical Limited) and WMG (1) Limited (formerly known as Intraject Limited) on 30 November 2002. These companies went into members voluntary liquidation on 28 February 2003 which has now been completed with a small return to shareholders.

Julie does not hold any shares in Dillistone.

In accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that there are no further matters to be disclosed in respect of Julie Pomeroy's appointment.
